• Micro-nano machining and intergration technology for structure pattern, sensor and actuator application.
• Advanced/Novel hybrid pulse anodization for the fabrication of porous anodic alumina (AAO) films from low- and high-purity aluminum and aluminum alloys at room temperature and its application to nanomaterials and nano devices
• Advanced/Novel CO2 laser processing technology for etching, drilling and cutting in glass, Si and polymer materials together with laser annealing for material modification.
• Simple planar mixer and capillary pump for microfluidics integration and application to whole blood separation, diagnosis and biomedical device.
• Fabrication of amorphous and nanocrystalline composite structure and characterization of mechanical and electrical properties, such as Ta-Si-N, Ti-Si-N, Ta-Al etc compounds.
• Fabrication and characterization of nc-Si and TiO2 materials for optoelectronic and catalyst application
