•  Title. Concise and informative. Titles are often used in information-retrieval systems. Avoid abbreviations and formulae where possible.
•  Author names and affiliations. Please clearly indicate the given name(s) and family name(s) of each author and check that all names are accurately spelled. Present the authors' affiliation addresses (where the actual work was done) below the names. Indicate all affiliations with a lower-case superscript letter immediately after the author's name and in front of the appropriate address. Provide the full postal address of each affiliation, including the country name and, if available, the e-mail address of each author.
•  Corresponding author. Clearly indicate who will handle correspondence at all stages of refereeing and publication, also post-publication. Ensure that the e-mail address is given and that contact details are kept up to date by the corresponding author.
•  Present/permanent address. If an author has moved since the work described in the article was done, or was visiting at the time, a 'Present address' (or 'Permanent address') may be indicated as a footnote to that author's name. The address at which the author actually did the work must be retained as the main, affiliation address. Superscript Arabic numerals are used for such footnotes.

Peer Review
a. Manuscripts that are judged to be of insufficient quality or unlikely to be competitive enough for publication will be rejected during initial screening.  The remaining manuscripts go through peer review process with two or more reviewers.  The practice of peer review is to ensure that good science is published, and it is an objective process. Our Editorial Board plays a vital role in peer review process to ensure the quality of the manuscripts.
b. After reviewer recommendations have been obtained, it is the Editor who makes the final decision as to the acceptability of the article, based on the reviews and their own assessment of the article.
c. There are three possible decision types: accept, revise (major or minor) and reject. Revise decisions imply that the article requires modifications that could be carried out within a specified time frame.  The final decision of acceptance must be confirmed by the editors-in-chief.
d. Articles are reviewed as quickly as possible, and authors should usually expect to receive a first decision within 3-6 weeks.

The following procedures must be finished before a manuscript goes to its final stage of publication.
1)Prepare and submit the finalized paper through the manuscript tracking system.
2)Sign the copyright form.
3)Pay Article Processing Fees. Instruction for payment is sent during publication process as soon as manuscript is accepted.
After typesetting and proof reading, further proofs will be sent to the author(s) before it is finally published.
